Change Maker is sold and operated through Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record. This means Paddle handles all payments and refund requests on our behalf.

This privacy notice tells you what to expect us to do with your personal information.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly via paddle.net. You can also reach them through the link in your purchase confirmation email.

14-day withdrawal right

If you are based in the UK or EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing your transaction, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Please note: because Change Maker is a software application that you can start using immediately, if you begin using the service during that 14-day period, your right to withdraw may no longer apply. You will be asked to acknowledge this at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. To cancel, use the Buyer Portal linked in your subscription confirmation email, or visit paddle.net.

Delivery issues

If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to the product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with Paddle to resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks

Before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer, we encourage you to contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. This usually leads to a faster resolution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
